Our Mission

Fortius Sport & Health is an integrated athlete development centre strengthened through philanthropy and focused on optimizing human performance for life.

Performance Rehabilitation Coaches

Performance Rehabilitation Coaches (PRC's) are strength and conditioning specialists who work as a member of the Fortius multi-disciplinary R4Sport team that is dedicated to progressing injured and post-surgical clients through the Fortius rehabilitation pathway. Our PRC's work collaboratively with our therapists to facilitate a safe and smooth transition from rehabilitation into return to sport and subsequent performance training following an injury.
