Abby Galenzoski is a Strength & Conditioning coach and the Lead Performance Rehabilitation Coach at Fortius Sport & Health. She has almost 10 years' experience working as part of high performance integrated support teams around the world. Throughout her career she has worked in national team settings (Rugby Canada and the Scottish Rugby Union), professional & semi-professional team settings (the Bay of Plenty Steamers Rugby Union – New Zealand, and the Gold Coast Breakers Rugby Union - Australia), collegiate settings (Binghamton University - USA), and private settings (Cris Carter's FAST Program - USA, PuckMasters Hockey Training Regina - Canada) prior joining Fortius Sport & Health.
Since joining Fortius in 2015 she has used this experience to contribute to the development of the Fortius Rehabilitation Pathway. Abby has extensive experience in constructing and implementing integrated return-to-play protocols and has helped numerous clients, from weekend warriors to national and professional athletes, reach their goals in returning to full performance following injury.
