Abby Galenzoski is a Strength & Conditioning coach and the Lead Performance Rehabilitation Coach at Fortius Sport & Health. Throughout her career she has worked in national team settings (Rugby Canada and the Scottish Rugby Union), professional & semi-professional team settings (the Bay of Plenty Steamers Rugby Union and the Gold Coast Breakers Rugby Union), collegiate settings (Binghamton University), and private settings (Cris Carter's FAST Program, PuckMasters Hockey Training Regina) before joining Fortius Sport & Health. Abby brings profound experience in constructing and implementing return-to-play protocols, injury prevention and recovery strategies. In her spare time Abby enjoys weight lifting, yoga, hiking and biking.
