Fortius Sport & Health is an integrated athlete development centre strengthened through philanthropy and focused on optimizing human performance for life.
Larissa Taddei joins Fortius Sport & Health as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Intern as she completes her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. Through many volunteer coaching experiences, including at UBC's varsity gym, she has been exposed to a variety of methods to train for various sports and for athletes aged 8 through 80. Her passion lies within improving sport performance for all ages by making learning fundamental movements and skills simple. Larissa, as a former varsity track and field sprinter, looks forward to coaching athletes in sprint mechanics to optimize speed in sport. In her free time, she enjoys trying new sports, yoga and hiking.
