 Our Team

Lisa Northrup

​​​​​Lisa Northrup joins Fortius Sport & Health as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.  Lisa comes with over a decade of experience coaching elite level athletes from a wide range of sports, as well as individuals from various abilities and ages. Prior to her work as a High Performance Manager for Field Hockey Canada, Lisa trained and traveled with a professional tennis player in the WTA.  She takes an integrative approach to coaching, combining her education in Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, and holistic nutrition to develop and implement programs specific to the athlete(s) she is coaching.  Lisa is dedicated and passionate about helping others improve their performance, health and overall wellbeing.
