 Our Team

Sarah Manson

Strength & Conditioning Coach Sarah Manson is a leader in athlete development and strength and conditioning in Canada. She has considerable international experience having worked with the New Zealand National Women's Football program as well as with the Canadian Women's National Soccer Team in her hometown of Vancouver. Sarah has worked with a wide range of athletes from all sports and levels, including both National Hockey League and Super League Rugby players. She played soccer at the collegiate level herself.  Along with teaching experience at Auckland University of Technology and New Zealand Football Coach Education, Sarah has considerable presenting experience with BCRPA, DCAC, Twist Sport Performance Summits and SPRINZ.  She earned her Masters of Sport and Exercise, Strength and Conditioning at the Auckland University of Technology.
