Through education and supervised exercise training, the Fortius Healthy Heart program is committed to supporting the ongoing cardiovascular health and physical fitness of our community. This coach-supervised group program runs twice a week for one hour and includes low-impact cardiovascular training, resistance training, balance, core stability and flexibility training.
Fortius Healthy Heart is recommended for clients graduating from Phase 3 of the Fraser Health Authority's Healthy Heart program, as well as anyone looking to maintain or improve their cardiovascular and physical health.

$12.50/session - with a minimum monthly commitment of four sessions
Option to train once or twice per week, with future offerings of up to four times per week
Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:00am
