Our Mission

Fortius Sport & Health is an integrated athlete development centre strengthened through philanthropy and focused on optimizing human performance for life.

Conditioning Bootcamp

Large group  bootcamp classes are offered in 12-week blocks which allows our coaches to plan sessions that ensure progressive skill and fitness development. All classes are 60 minutes in length and scheduled twice a week unless otherwise indicated.​​ From strength training and body sculpting to functional training and core conditioning, you will move better, feel stronger and look more chiseled.  All levels welcome!​

  • Training Centre Members: $12.50 per session (24 sessions, 12-week program)  |  Total price: $299*

  • Non Members: $15.70 per session (24 sessions, 12-week program)  |  Total price: $375*

  • Drop-in: $20 per session​

*Please note all program fees are due in full before or on the first session.​
