Our Mission

Fortius Sport & Health is an integrated athlete development centre strengthened through philanthropy and focused on optimizing human performance for life.


​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Staying active during and after pregnancy has many benefits, both for you and your child. Regular exercise can reduce back pain, boost your baby's brain capacity and help in treating anenatal and postpartum depression.​


A physiotherapy-supervised program based on up-to-date medical guidelines for improving health and fitness during pregnancy. An exercises physiologist provides further support to help participants to achieve their fitness goals.  

The program focuses on core strength, stability, posture, and the development of optimal movement strategies. Participants will improve their strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity over the course of 8  weeks. 


  • Individual real-time ultrasound with a physiotherapist to look at pelvic floor and deep core

  • Exercise physiology 

  • Nutrition session by  registered dietitian

  • Strength & Conditioning with certified coaches

NOTE: All sessions are physiotherap  supervised and may be covered under your extended health care plan.
