Our Mission

Fortius Sport & Health is an integrated athlete development centre strengthened through philanthropy and focused on optimizing human performance for life.


​​​​​​​​​​​​Adding recovery to your routine can decrease post workout soreness, pain, stiffness and tension, and increase sport and fitness performance.​

Program Description 

This program teaches a variety of techniques to teach you how to self-manage your body's response and recovery to exercise training, as well as to the stressors of everyday life.

The skills learned can enhance athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury and improve neuromuscular function, in addition to lesser-known benefits such as improved sleep, digestion, concentration, mood, and body awareness.

This program is hosted in our Beijing Movement Studio​ - our premier movement education space.​


Recovery is the perfect program for athletes looking to enhance training and performance, people who have lingering imbalances that cause aches and pains, or people with tight muscles that alter/impede their biomechanics and performance.

Participants are able to self-refer into the program, or may be referred from a practitioner or coach. They do not need to undergo screening to enroll in the program.

Participants do not have to stop training or treatment with other practitioners to join Recovery.


  • Training Centre Members: $45 per session (4-week program)   |  Total price: $180*

  • Non Members: $50 per session (4-week program)​   |  Total price:​ $200​*

*Please note all program fees are due in full before or on the first session.​
