A personalized return-to-run schedule will outline how to integrate running back into the injured runner's training program and progress safely to injury-free running.
The Fortius Return-to-Run Program includes:
3DRun Analysis: Through the use of 3D motion analysis technology and an instrumented force treadmill, we will be able to better understand mechanisms of existing (or potential future) injury and inform how to best optimize running performance.
Physical & Functional Assessment: A comprehensive head to toe examination by one of our therapists including measurements of leg length, limb alignment, overall mobility and flexibility, posture and other issues that may be related to your injury.
3DRun technique coaching (gait training) on the force treadmill delivered over one 30-minute training sessions in the lab to address identified running issues and/or deficiencies.
An individualized training and progression schedule designed to safely guide you back to injury-free running.
