Small Group Training

​​​​​​​​​​​Are you looking for a supportive and motivating group environment with the attention of private coaching to achieve your health goals? If the answer is YES, Adult Small Group Training is the program for you!​

Small Group T​raining (SGT)  provides you with the opportunity to set personal goals, choose your training frequency and commit to a 12-week training program cycle in a challenging, motivating small group environment (3-6 adults). You will receive our world-class coaching and individualized programming designed to help you meet your goals and personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members. Register in a consistent time slot(s) for the entire 12 weeks and choose to train one to  five times per week​. With SGT at Fortius, you will learn to set goals – specific, measurable, attainable and time-sensitive, to keep you on track.​


  • Complimentary consult to determine your health objectives and build the right weekly schedule to achieve your goals

  • Pre- and post combine testing and assessment reports

  • Individualized goal-focused 12-week program​

  • Separate strength and conditioning blocks

  • Online communication strategies and resources to connect goals with actions​

Program Details

• Classes run for 12 weeks

• 60 minute morning and evening classes

• 3-6 people per class

• Choose to train once or up to five times a week ​​​


Please note all program fees are due in full before or on the first session.​
