Small Group Training (SGT) provides you with the opportunity to set personal goals, choose your training frequency and commit to a 12-week training program cycle in a challenging, motivating small group environment (3-6 adults). You will receive our world-class coaching and individualized programming designed to help you meet your goals and personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your coaches and fellow group members. Register in a consistent time slot(s) for the entire 12 weeks and choose to train one to five times per week. With SGT at Fortius, you will learn to set goals – specific, measurable, attainable and time-sensitive, to keep you on track.
