Fortius Sport & Health is an integrated athlete development centre strengthened through philanthropy and focused on optimizing human performance for life.
SportSTRONG exposes participants to age-appropriate concepts around key principles of goal setting, training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle that are essential for optimal athlete development. Youth athletes will be exposed to structured training sessions, play a variety of sports, participate in educational and physical challenges, and learn about good nutrition and health.
