SportSTRONG Youth Training

Focusing on the developmental needs of youth while complementing and accelerating sport-specific training.

SportSTRONG is a 12-week training program for youth (age 11-16). The programs is based on age-appropriate development and sport needs.

Athletes will develop a foundation of stamina, strength, movement efficiency and general physical literacy that will contribute to a more enjoyable and resilient sport performance in later years.
