Whether you’re looking to decrease your race time, improve your power on hills, or measure the effectiveness of your training program, the VO2 MAX analysis provides a unique profile of your cardiovascular fitness.

Using state-of-the-art metabolic measuring equipment, our exercise physiologists take you through a progressive exercise test on a bike or treadmill. Using this data, they provide actionable recommendations for you to improve your training and help you reach your fitness goals.




Each of our analyses includes two sessions:

  1. Consultation & Assessment
    Pre-analysis interview on your sport or activity-related goals and 60min assessment
  2. Report & Action Items
    30-minute follow-up session, where an expert will walk you through an actionable report that describes the findings & recommendations in a manner that is meaningful to you.
