Fortius Sport & Health is excited to give away a spot in the 2020 Off-Season High Performance Hockey Camp dryland training program, valued at $1,650.

The Fortius HockeySTRONG High Performance Off-Season camp focuses on developing SPEED, STRENGTH and POWER that translates to improved performance on the ice. The 8-week, evidence-based training program starts with a full body movement analysis and injury prevention screen, group applied sport science testing that determine targeted goals for each individual player. The training sessions are Monday to Friday and are 90 minutes in length, designed to make players stronger, faster, and more resilient for their upcoming season. Eligible for Bantam U15, Midget U17 and Junior Prep U18.
