How to build a well-balanced strength training session  

Many of us know the feeling – we walk into the gym, fresh workout gear on and good tunes going, ready for a great session; we hit the treadmill for a few minutes to get the blood flow going, buzz through some warm-up stretches we’ve done since high school and then … we draw a blank.
