Kile Cooke

Kile Cooke

Strength & Conditioning Coach | Coordinator, Small Group Training

Kile Cooke is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist accredited by the NSCA. He has experience working in both collegiate and private settings, working with clients from a variety of sport backgrounds. Kile has a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC, at which time he also completed a minor in psychology. As part of his studies, he also worked as a full-time student Kinesiologist within the rehabilitative setting at Metrotown Orthopedic and Sport Physiotherapy. Kile also has a passion for basketball and has been coaching various teams and ages over the past eight years. His passions and interests off of the court lie in youth development, as well as helping adults remain fit, healthy and robust for whatever challenges come their way. In his spare time, you will still find Kile in the gym lifting or playing basketball – during the summer months you may find him on the golf courses, lakes or mountains around the Lower Mainland.
