Kobi Jack

Kobi Jack

Kobi has been working with athletes of all backgrounds for 15 years, and as a physiotherapist for 11 years. Throughout her career, she has integrated Pilates into the treatment and rehabilitation of her clients, emphasising the importance of movement for performance. For the past two years, Kobi has been managing the movement education space at Fortius Sport & Health. Kobi takes a movement-based approach to treatment, incorporating clinical Pilates for her patients as appropriate. She enjoys working with athletes from all backgrounds but has a particular interest in chronic and complex movement dysfunction, including neurological disorders.

Kobi graduated from Curtin University in Australia in 2007, and has further training in Sports Physiotherapy, Spinal/Manipulative Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. She is always furthering her education, developing tools to allow her to better serve her clients. Kobi is currently in school for Holistic Nutrition.

Outside of work, you will find Kobi on long-distance biking or hiking adventures, running, swimming, travelling, and eating. To fuel her love of food, Kobi grows an extensive vegetable and flower garden. She also loves the great indoors, and is an avid reader and crafter, with multiple books and knitting projects on the go.
