Lisa Northrup

Manager | Strength & Conditioning

Lisa Northrup comes with over a decade of experience coaching elite level athletes from a wide range of sports, as well as individuals of various abilities and ages. Prior to her work as a High Performance Manager for Field Hockey Canada, Lisa trained and traveled with a professional tennis player in the Women's Tennis Association. She takes a holistic approach to coaching; developing and implementing programs specific to the athlete(s) she is coaching. Lisa is dedicated and passionate about helping others improve their performance, health and overall well-being.
