Matt Fisher

Matt Fisher

Mental Performance Consultant

Matt Fisher has spent the last 12 years working in high performance sport as a Strength and Conditioning coach and Integrated Support Team lead, working with dozens of national and provincial teams and thousands of athletes. After attending his second Olympic games as an athlete support coach with Canada Snowboard’s freestyle team in 2018, Matt decided to move towards his passion for the mental aspects of sport and become a Mental Performance Consultant. Matt has been a lifelong multisport athlete with a passion for supporting young athletes both physically and mentally. After having his own athletic career derailed by a series of injuries, Matt has embraced alternative forms of exercise to keep both physiologically and psychologically healthy. Matt combines his mindfulness practices with his physical activity, whether this be strength training, riding his bike or playing recreational soccer.
