Melissa Coombs

Melissa Coombs

Massage Therapist

Melissa began her journey in the health industry as a Certified Athletic Therapist. She soon realized she wanted to incorporate more manual therapy techniques during her treatment sessions, and thus sought out the massage therapy diploma program. She has gained over four years experience with athletes of all ages during competition and in a clinical setting for the rehabilitation of injuries related to both work or play. The combination of her love of sports and science has moulded her passion for kinesiology and human anatomy. Her unique education gives Melissa an expansive perspective that allows for a wonderful partnership between manual treatment and corrective exercise rehabilitation. When she’s not in the clinic or on the sideline of a sports game, Melissa enjoys snowboarding, hiking, field hockey and travel.
