Sarah Manson

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Strength & Conditioning Coach Sarah Manson is a leader in athlete development and strength and conditioning in Canada. She has considerable international experience having worked with the New Zealand National Women's Football program as well as with the Canadian Women's National Soccer Team in her hometown of Vancouver. Sarah has worked with a wide range of athletes from all sports and levels, including both National Hockey League and Super League Rugby players. She played soccer at the collegiate level herself. She earned her Masters of Sport and Exercise, Strength and Conditioning at the Auckland University of Technology. Sarah coaches part time for Fortius Sport and Health, while also working as an Applied Researcher with the Whitespace Innovation™ Team at lululemon athletica. This allows Sarah to blend her passions of high-performance training, testing and guest experience. Currently Sarah is on maternity leave, expecting to return to coaching early in 2020.
