Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Victoria Brigden is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Fortius Sport & Health. She has an extensive academic background in health and science, having completed a Kinesiology Degree at Laurier University and a Graduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance at Niagara College. Victoria has gained experience working at various training centers and rehabilitation facilities including Stamford Physiotherapy, the Brock –Niagara Centre for Health and Well-Being and Liv Personal training. She has also volunteered for two research projects involving individuals with Parkinson’s disease and cardiac disease through the Movement Disorders Research and Rehabilitation Centre and the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. Victoria’s passion for health and fitness is what inspires her to educate others about the importance of exercise for both health and performance. In her spare time Victoria enjoys staying active either in the gym or outdoors taking advantage of what the beautiful West Coast has to offer.
