New to Pilates? Looking for a refresher?
Our 5-week beginner program goes back to the foundational movements of Pilates, including basic movements of core activation, body positioning and breathing techniques. This is not a prerequisite to other Pilates Mat classes but is highly recommended for those with minimal Pilates experience. Check the weekly schedule for upcoming classes!
