Between April 1 – 6, 2019, we are offering five free trial classes for clients who have never tried the program before.
SGT combines the benefits of personalized coaching with the motivation and accountability of group training.
- One drop-in per person, subject to availability.
- Offer only available to those who haven’t participated in Small Group Training previously.
- A credit card number is required to secure your spot. A $15 fee will be charged for no-shows, or cancellations less than 24-hours before the session.
